A: Listed Dealers who participate in the Zipp DEMO program have the logo next to the shop name.

Q: Will I be charged for this?

A: The demo wheel program was created with the intention of providing any cyclist with the opportunity to try our wheels for free. While we encourage our retailers to offer demo rides for free, if a fee is charged, we suggest that fee be subtracted from the retail purchase price of a new set of Zipp wheels.

Q: What happens if I damage the wheels?

A: If the wheels are damaged during a DEMO ride you must consult with the retailer. There may be a repair fee.

Q: How long can I keep the wheels?

A: It is the retailer’s discretion to limit the amount of time for testing; most shops allow a 24 hour maximum test period. Ask them when you get your wheels.

Q: If I decide to buy, what should I do?

A: The shop where you tested the DEMO wheels may have the pair you are looking for in stock. In the event that they are not in stock the shop can special order them for you.

Most shops will have only one pair of demo wheels, call to find out which shop has the wheels you want to try.

We only ask that you have a passion for high-performance wheels, ride smart, and wear a helmet!
