Zipping to the head of the pack

Sprinters Francesco Chicchi and Juan Jose Haedo – each aboard Specialized® frames with Zipp® 404 Firecrest wheels, Zipp Service Course® SL bars, stems and seatposts, and SRAM® RED drivetrains – could not be stopped by torrential rain or even a hailstorm.
 
Chicchi, an Italian with the Quarq® power meter-equipped Omega Pharma – Quick-Step team, outsprinted Argentinian Haedo of Team Saxo Bank in a photo finish in a tough opening 189.3 km stage of the Tour de San Luis in Argentina. Chicchi's victory was helped out by teamwork that included a late-race solo attack by Tom Boonen. 

How about that: Two guys on the best equipment finish first and second, just millimeters apart.
