Marian University

The Marian University cycling team became the first collegiate team in the country to support cycling on the varsity level in 1992. The Marian University campus is adjacent to the Major Taylor Velodrome in Indianapolis, IN. The current team of 25 riders competes in 4 disciplines:  Track, Mountain, Cross and Road. Marian’s goal is to add Mountain and BMX during the upcoming years.

Marian’s mission is to support and encourage student cyclists to grow academically and earn a meaningful degree while providing coaching and the necessary support  to help student cyclists achieve their cycling hopes and dreams.

The Marian University cycling team has won 12 Collegiate National team titles since 1992, including the last 4, and continues to take great pride in providing a team oriented top notch collegiate cycling program and graduating collegiate cyclists into excellent jobs and professional cycling.
