David Hauss

Sport/discipline: Triathlon Olympic Distance (ITU)

About David: I left my island (La Réunion) and my family when I was 15 years old to settle down in the mainland in order to improve my training and performances. Very quickly I had been integrated to the Junior French National Team.Good results followed instantly. I kept pushing and working hard, and I became a professional in 2004. The first good performances were not there yet. But I didn’t give up! Then in 2009, I started to get good results and now I’m one of the best triathletes of the circuit (ranked 1st ITU point list ranking this week) and I’m already qualified for the Olympic Games in London.
