Germany’s Sebastian Kienle win’s the 35th edition of Challenge Roth

3rd time is a charm: Kienle’s 3rd attempt resulted in a convincing victory with nearly seven minutes over the trailing German Andreas Dreitz.

After a strong swim, Sebastian’s posted an impressive 4:07:29 bike split followed by a solid run on his way to a 7:46:23 finishing time. Kienle rode to victory on his Scott equipped with SRAM RED® eTAP and rolling on a Zipp 858 NSW front and Super 9 Carbon Clincher Disc combination. Sebastian’s victory at Challenge Roth adds yet another prestigious long course triathlon title to a career including an impressive list of results.

Next up, Sebastian sets his sights on a block of training at altitude, followed by Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz all in preparation to cap his successful season with another Ironman World Champion title in Kona.
